> The app itself is pretty easy to use, but the KYC process was honestly stressful for me. I also feel the card issuance fee is quite expensive. On top of that, you have to fund the card with at least $1, and that $1 can’t be withdrawn. I think the KYC process could be made easier and the card-related fees could be reduced.

> Smooth kyc process, loved it. Very easy to navigate, nice interface.

> I did have no issues navigating through the app, the interface was good, infact everything went smoothly not until I had to generate a virtual dollar card, it took hours to get the virtual dollar card generated, I sincerely would suggest they work on that.. the other things went smoothly 👍

> My KYC experience with FalconLite was really quick, which I liked. Setting things up was fairly simple, although creating the USD and EUR accounts took longer than I expected. Once that part is sorted, the overall experience has been quite decent so far.

> It is a good platform with little stress but only during the kyc verification. The card issuance is a bit too expensive and we still have to fund the card and can't withdraw if the card doesn't have an extra $1. This is something that can be worked on.

> Creating and account and completing KYC was a smooth process. My uploaded document wasn't spelt correctly, indicating an OCR inefficiency. Also, the app kept showing 'creating your card' even when card had already been created. Besides these, the app was easy to navigate through
