> Completing the ID verification took close to 24 hours. I submitted saved copies of my identity which was immediately rejected but I didn't know. I had to take a live capture before it was then accepted. When paying for the USD virtual card, I had to convert NGN to USD in their respective wallets, unlike in other fintech apps where card fee is taken directly from NGN wallet. Also, the virtual card doesn't have its own wallet but gets debited from the USD wallet. In making a withdrawal, funds can be sent directly from your USD account to your local bank account. Overall, the user experience is commendable
