> I created an account on boldswitch and completed the KYC process without any major issues. The process was generally straightforward, but I found the card fee quite expensive. The login and verification process could also be smoother, and clearer information about deposit and withdrawal limits would improve the experience.

> The user experience isn't entirely smooth, as I experience delays when trying to login. Also, when I wanted to complete face verification, it asked that I first input address which took me a while to figure out how.   The KYC process was tedious, involving inapp and an external verification. I opened lots of tabs. I recommend that these processes be reduced   The deposit and withdrawal process in the virtual card funding isn't transparent. I only got to know there's a deposit limit and also a withdrawal limit (which is almost twice that of the deposit). It doesn't make any sense. It simply shows that the app is deliberately making it difficult for users to withdraw the funds deposited
